Acoustic House: Gatherings

Akustikhane: Gatherings. The door knocked, the first guests arrived.

When you enter a living room, you don't look for a stage. You see the sofa, the rug, the lamp in the corner, and think about where to sit. Akustikhane creates exactly this feeling at Paribu Art.

At "Gatherings," the ticket is an invitation, and the audience is the guest. While the songs play, the conversation will flow. One person will tell a story, the other will listen, and a laugh will rise from the room. If the microphone falls silent for a moment, who knows, it might even reach you.

The guests for the first night: Melek Mosso, who constantly raises the bar with her powerful interpretation; Selût, who creates a world of her own with her lines and voice; and Birkan Nasuhoğlu, who makes us feel at home with every song. The main group bringing these different voices together in the same room is Halfspace, accompanying the songs and setting the tone for the evening.

Akustikhane: Gatherings. The second Thursday, the room warmed up.

A good evening at home is more like a conversation than a program. You don't know who will speak when, but no one gets bored. "Gatherings" is built on this freedom: artists from different genres meet in the same room, around the same sofas, and discover what will happen together.

There is limited seating tonight, but unlimited speaking rights. As an audience, you are expected to go beyond just watching: to complete a chorus together, to ask a question, maybe to sing a song with its owner.

The guests for the second Thursday: Fikri Karayel, whose songs stretch from Cyprus to Istanbul; Kamufle, carrying lyrics with rhythm; Gülçin Ergül, one of our country's most talented vocalists; and Aslı Bekiroğlu, the sought-after name of conversations and incredibly talented. The main group, the host of the salon, Halfspace, is also by the guests' side this evening.

The Final of Akustikhane: Gatherings.

Every beautiful evening at home has a last round. Everyone pretends they want to leave, but no one gets up, and a voice says "one more song." The final night of "Gatherings" will pass in this spirit.

For three weeks, different voices mixed in the same room, and strangers met in the same song. Now it's time for the finale: a room without limits, a conversation without limits. The audience is also part of this crowd: they can accompany, they can speak up. This isn't a concert. It's a house jam session.

The guests for the final night: Beliz with her original songs; No Land, gathering the melodies of different geographies under one roof; and Birol Namoğlu, whose voice we have been accompanying for years.
