Blending the ancient sounds of Anatolia with her own musical language and world music influences, Maya Perest creates a unique sonic universe as both a composer and lyricist. Beginning her journey with classical piano training and later shaping her path while traveling across Europe with her guitar, she embraces an intuitive, narrative, and timeless musical style.

Reaching a wide audience with her debut single “Yok Bana Bu Cihanda,” Perest made a strong entrance into 2026 with “Aşk Uğruna,” released under Sony Music. Transforming the stage into a shared field of emotion rather than a traditional performance space, Maya Perest invites her audience to step into the very center of the music.
