Ünal Baysan Kültür Merkezi is a cultural and arts venue that opened in 2023 in the Hatip neighbourhood of Çorlu, Tekirdağ. The centre features an 886-seat main hall, a 200-capacity Black Box Theatre, an 800 m² foyer and café area, 11 artist dressing rooms and two simultaneous interpretation booths, among its extensive technical facilities. With a versatile programme spanning theatre, concerts, conferences and award ceremonies, it stands as one of the most comprehensive arts complexes in the Thrace region.

The Black Box Theatre's flexible layout allows for a variety of stage configurations.
