Netam: From Daily Sounds to Endless Melodies at Paribu Art on December 10
On December 10 at Paribu Art, Netam—Utku Temel—takes Istanbul audiences on a unique journey with his multifaceted musical identity. An artist who is a producer, keyboardist, trumpeter, and architect, he has been creating music since 2015 and stepped into his professional career with his debut recording, the Consensus EP, released in 2019. A year later, his track "Toprak" from the Yabani album resonated widely, carrying the traces of his connection to nature.
Netam’s music rejects the boundaries of genres with its constantly changing and evolving structure. He blends acoustic instruments with electronic tones; recorded daily sounds, synthesizers, and live performances on piano and trumpet. This unique approach is felt not only in his editing philosophy but also in the energy he brings to the stage.
With songs ranging from electronic-funk to ambient depths, Netam transforms his emotions into electro-funky grooves. Beyond his solo work, he continues to expand the psychedelic electro-funk universe with his new project, Yalnayak.
