İstanbul Kongre Merkezi is a multi-level congress and events venue located in Kongre Vadisi in the Taksim–Nişantaşı area. It comprises the 3,555-capacity Harbiye Auditorium, divisible multipurpose meeting halls, 14,576 m² of exhibition and fair space, a 1,098 m² foyer, and a 9,609 m² open terrace with Bosphorus views. Public Transport
The venue is approximately a 7-minute walk from Osmanbey or Taksim stations on the M2 metro line. The F1 funicular from Taksim is also an option. Numerous bus routes from Taksim, Eminönü and Mecidiyeköy provide direct connections to Harbiye; the TRT İstanbul Radyosu bus stop is approximately 2 minutes on foot. The Beşiktaş–Harbiye dolmuş line also serves the area.
