- Doors open at 19:00 / Concert: 21:00 - Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-changeable. - Box office opens two hours before the event. - Children under 6 are not permitted. All attendees aged 6 and above must have a ticket. - The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and issue a refund for anyone deemed unsuitable for the event. - The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons. - The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices. - Keep your ticket and/or wristband with you during the event. - Outside food and drink are not permitted in the venue. - Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not allowed in the venue. - Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the venue. - Recording is not permitted during the event. By attending, the audience agrees that their visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated by artist management if deemed appropriate. - No flammable, explosive, or sharp objects (deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc.), thermoses, motorcycle helmets, or laser pointers are allowed in the venue. - All attendees must carry valid identification and present it upon request. - Please note that you are responsible for any items you bring into the venue. - Security personnel will conduct a security check on all entrants. - Pets are not permitted in the venue. Only guide dogs are allowed. - Tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the venue who present tickets obtained from unofficial sources. - Exiting the venue during the event will result in the loss of entry rights; a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter. - Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Unless written permission is obtained, purchased tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes (advertising, contests, giveaways, etc.). Tickets used for these purposes will be canceled and legal action may be initiated. - The organizer owns the rights to use photos and videos of attendees for promotional materials, and attendees consent to this by participating in the event. - Please refrain from using non-professional equipment that could disturb attendees or infringe on privacy.
