The organizer and ticketing company are not responsible for audience members arriving after the event has started and being unable to sit in their purchased seats. The organizer and ticketing company do not guarantee seats for latecomers. Please arrive before the concert time.

Children under 6 are not permitted in the event area. All participants aged 6 and above require a ticket.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

No cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted on purchased tickets. Additionally, guests who enter the event area by scanning their ticket cannot re-enter the venue if they leave later. Guests wishing to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

All participants must carry their tickets during the event.

Tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event area for those holding tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

Purchased tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as advertising, contests, raffles, etc.) without written permission from the organizer. Tickets used for these purposes will be cancelled.

Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event area.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the venue for individuals whose behavior may disturb other guests, provided the ticket price is refunded.

No visual or audio recording devices (cameras, cameras, sound equipment, etc.) will be allowed in the venue.

Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted.

Recording is not permitted during the event. By attending, the audience agrees that their visual or audio recording devices may be confiscated by the artist management if deemed appropriate.

No flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), incendiary, cutting, or piercing tools, firearms, thermoses, motor helmets, or laser pointers will be allowed in the venue.

Pets are not allowed in the venue.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the concert area.

The organizer holds the right to use photos and videos of participants for promotional materials. By attending the event, participants consent to this use.
