 The ticketing agency and the Organizer are not responsible for attendees arriving after the event has started and being unable to sit in their purchased seats. The Organizer and ticketing agency do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. Please arrive before the concert time.

 Children under 6 are not admitted. All attendees aged 6 and above must have a ticket.

 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

No cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted for purchased tickets. Additionally, if a guest exits the venue and later attempts to re-enter using the same ticket, they will not be admitted. Guests wishing to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

Attendees must carry their tickets with them throughout the event.

Tickets must be purchased only at official sales points designated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to holders of tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

 Purchased tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as advertising, contests, or giveaways) without prior written permission from the Organizer. Tickets used for these purposes will be cancelled.

Security personnel will conduct a security check on everyone entering the venue.

 The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose behavior may disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.

 No cameras, cameras, recording devices, or other visual-audio recording equipment will be allowed in the venue.

Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted.

No recording is permitted during the event. By attending, the audience agrees that their visual-audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist management.

 No flammable or explosive items (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, or colognes), sharp or piercing objects, thermoses, motorbike helmets, or laser pointers will be allowed in the venue.

No pets are allowed in the venue.

No food or drinks are permitted to be brought in from outside.

The Organizer owns the rights to use photos and videos of attendees for promotional materials. By participating in the event, attendees consent to the use of these materials.
