How do I open a Paribu Pass account?
You can create your Paribu Pass account from the website or the mobile app.
You can download the Paribu Pass mobile app from the iOS and Android app stores.
To open an account on the Paribu Pass mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the Paribu Pass app.
- Tap the Create account button.
- Enter your personal information.
- Read and accept the agreements and disclosure texts.
- Tap the Continue button.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
- Complete the process by tapping the Verify button.
Your account has been created. Welcome to Paribu Pass.
To create an account via pass.paribu.com, follow these steps:
- Open pass.paribu.com.
- Click the My account icon in the top right corner.
- Click the Create account button.
- Enter your personal information.

I forgot my Paribu Pass password — what should I do?
If you forgot your Paribu Pass password, you can reset it and set a new one.
To reset your password on the Paribu Pass mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the Paribu Pass app.
- Tap the Forgot my password button.
- Enter the mobile phone number and email address registered with Paribu Pass.
- Tap the Continue button.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address and continue.
- Set and save your new password.
You have reset your password and set a new one. You can now log in to your Paribu Pass account with your new password.
To reset your password via pass.paribu.com, follow these steps:
- Open pass.paribu.com.
- Click the My account icon in the top right corner.
- Click the Log in button.
- Click the Forgot my password button.
- Enter the mobile phone number and email address registered with Paribu Pass.
- Click the Continue button.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address and continue.
- Set and save your new password.
You have reset your password and set a new one. You can now log in to your Paribu Pass account with your new password.
How do I save and update my payment methods?
You can save your frequently used credit and debit cards on the Paribu Pass app and speed up checkout by paying with the saved card details.
If you haven't saved a payment method before, follow these steps to add one on the Paribu Pass mobile app:
- Open the Paribu Pass app and log in.
- Tap Account settings.
- Tap Payment methods.
- Tap the Add payment method button.
- Enter your card details.
- Tap the Save button and complete the process.
You can manage your payment methods from Account settings > Payment methods. From there you can delete or update your saved payment methods.
To add a saved payment method on pass.paribu.com, follow these steps:
- Open pass.paribu.com and log in.
- Click the My account icon in the top right corner.
- Click the Payment methods button.
- Click the Add payment method button.
- Enter your card details.
- Click the Save button and complete the process.
How do I manage my notification and communication preferences?
From Notification preferences you can update announcements, event notifications and your communication preferences. You can receive all notifications via email, SMS and mobile app notifications, and customise your preferences for each.
- Announcements cover discounted tickets, special offers and news from Paribu Pass.
- Event notifications cover date, time and venue changes as well as reminders for events you've attended or liked.
- Communication preferences cover notifications about the products and services provided by Paribu Pass, within the scope of the Commercial Electronic Message Consent Notice.
To manage your notification and communication preferences on the Paribu Pass mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the Paribu Pass app and log in.
- Tap Account settings.
- Tap Notification preferences.
- Select the notification type you want to edit.
- Set your email, SMS and mobile app notification preferences.
To manage your notification and communication preferences via pass.paribu.com, follow these steps.
- Open pass.paribu.com and log in.
- Click the My account icon in the top right corner.
- Click Notification preferences.
- Select the notification type you want to edit.
- Set your email, SMS and mobile app notification preferences.
If mobile app notifications are enabled in the Paribu Pass app but you're still not receiving them, make sure you've granted mobile notification permission to Pass in your phone settings.
What is Favorites, what is it for, and how do I use it?
Favorites is a feature designed to help users easily reach events with tickets on sale on Paribu Pass and personalise their Paribu Pass experience.
All users can add events they're interested in across different categories to their favorites using the heart icon on each event detail page. By going to My account > Favorites they can see their favorited events and reach them more quickly. Users are also notified about date, location or condition changes for events they've favorited.
Buying Tickets
How do I buy a ticket on the Paribu Pass mobile app?
To buy a ticket from the Paribu Pass mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the Paribu Pass mobile app. If you have an account, log in.
- Open the detail page of the event you want to buy a ticket for.
- Tap the date and location you want.
- Select a category.
- Choose your seat.
- If applicable, choose a ticket type in addition to the category.
- Tap the Save seat button.
- Tap the Buy ticket button.
- Enter your contact information.
- If you don't have a saved card, enter your card details.
- Accept the agreements and tap the Complete payment button.
If the payment is successful, your tickets are emailed to you. You can also access your upcoming and past tickets from My account > All tickets.

- Open pass.paribu.com. If you have an account, log in.
- Open the detail page of the event you want to buy a ticket for.

- Click the Save seat button.
- Click the Buy ticket button.

Can I buy a ticket on Paribu Pass without creating an account?
Yes, you can buy a ticket on Paribu Pass without creating an account. We still recommend creating an account so you can take advantage of all Paribu Pass features.
To buy a ticket without creating an account, after selecting the event/session/date you can click the Continue without logging in button and proceed to payment.
Which payment methods can I use when buying a ticket?
You can use a credit card or debit card to buy tickets on Paribu Pass. With the 3D Secure payment method developed by major card networks, you can shop with your credit cards safely.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy at once, and why?
You can buy up to 9 tickets per transaction for a single event. To buy more, you can make multiple purchases. The 9-ticket limit per transaction is applied to keep the ticketing process fair for all users.
Are there any service fees or transaction fees on Paribu Pass?
No, you don't pay any transaction or service fees when buying tickets on Paribu Pass. You only pay the ticket price — no surprise charges.
My ticket didn't arrive in my inbox — what should I do?
Once you complete a purchase, your ticket is emailed to you. Check your Spam / Junk folder. If you still can't find the email, you can access your upcoming and past tickets from My account > All tickets.

What is the ticket reservation period?
The ticket reservation period is a feature designed to keep the ticketing process fair for everyone, especially for high-demand events.
When you select a seat or ticket on Paribu Pass before reaching the payment step, that seat or ticket is held for you for 10 minutes. You need to complete the payment within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the reservation is released.
I bought a ticket without creating an account and I can't access it — what should I do?
You can contact Paribu Pass Support at pass@paribu.com.
Where can I see tickets I've bought previously?
You can access your upcoming and past tickets from My account > All tickets.
The site says tickets are sold out — can I still buy them at the box office?
The Paribu Pass website and mobile app sell tickets through a shared system. If the website or app shows tickets as sold out, it doesn't always mean the box office is sold out too. You can check with the venue's box office for more information.
Events
What events are on Paribu Pass?
On Paribu Pass you can find tickets for a wide range of events including theatre, concerts, sports, cinema, exhibitions, festivals, stand-up and fairs. You can browse events on Paribu Pass from the Discover section.
How do I find the event I'm looking for?
To buy a ticket for an event and view its details, you can search on Paribu Pass and filter by date, location and city. You can also explore popular searches.
How do I access my ticket?
The ticket you buy on Paribu Pass is emailed to you. You can access the QR code you'll use at the event entrance from My account > All tickets.
How do I use my ticket?
The ticket you buy on Paribu Pass is sent to your email as a PDF that contains the QR code you'll use at the event entrance. You can also access the QR code from My account > All tickets. Show the QR code to staff at the event entrance to enter the venue.
The QR code didn't work at the event entrance — what can I do?
If your QR code doesn't work, it doesn't affect the validity of your ticket. You can share the manual code shown below the QR code with the box-office staff and ask the staff at the venue for help. Your ticket's validity can be confirmed using your ID details.
Do I need to present ID at the event entrance?
You'll be asked to provide your Turkish ID (TC kimlik) number when buying tickets on Paribu Pass. For some events you may need to show ID for student, teacher or 65+ discounts. Whether ID is required at the entrance — or whether the name on the ticket has to match the ticket holder — varies by event and organiser.
Can children attend the event?
Age limits vary by event. You can read about attendance requirements on each event's detail page.
Where can I find the event venue's address?
Click the address link on the event detail page to see the venue on a map.
How early should I arrive before the event start time?
Details and rules vary by event. Please review the rules for the event you've bought a ticket for.
My ticket has a different name on it — can I still attend the event?
If your ticket has a different name, to avoid delays at the entrance please contact Paribu Pass Support at pass@paribu.com before the event and request that your information be updated.
Cancellation & Refund Process
Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
Refunds are only processed when a session is cancelled or postponed.
Can I change the seat / category / session / date of my ticket?
Session and date changes are possible under certain rules.
For a ticket change to be possible, "tickets must not be sold out in both your current session and the newly selected session".
Change requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the session starts.
For seat changes or upgrade requests, please contact the Paribu Pass Support team at pass@paribu.com.
The event I bought a ticket for was cancelled — what should I do?
For cancelled events, refunds are processed automatically; you don't need to take any additional action.
The event I bought a ticket for was postponed — what should I do?
Notifications about postponed events or events with changed conditions are sent through our communication channels. For these events you may request a refund if you wish.
Please submit your refund request within the timeframe communicated to you after the event change notification.
Please note that refund requests submitted outside the specified period cannot be processed and the ticket will be updated automatically.
When will the refund for a cancelled event be reflected?
The refund process for tickets bought on Paribu Pass begins once the event cancellation is confirmed. After the refund process is completed, the bank typically posts the refund to your credit card in 3–7 business days, though this can vary by bank.
Offers & Campaigns
Where can I get Paribu Pass discount codes?
Paribu users can find discount codes — usable on events whose tickets are sold via Paribu Pass — in the Offers section of the Paribu app.
These campaigns and benefits — accessible via the See offers item in the Paribu app — are offered to users who meet the participation criteria and are refreshed periodically. Tap the See offers button on the Paribu home screen to list the current offers. Offers are ordered by their validity dates. Each offer's detail screen includes the title, description, validity dates, instructions on how to use it, a button to claim the code and a button linking to the participation conditions.
How do I use a Paribu Pass discount code?
A discount code obtained from the Offers section of the Paribu app, or otherwise, can be used at the payment step when buying a ticket on Paribu Pass. Enter the code in the Discount code field at checkout and activate it by tapping the Add button.
