Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
Refunds are only processed when a session is cancelled or postponed.
The refund process for tickets bought on Paribu Pass begins once the event cancellation is confirmed. After the refund process is completed, the bank typically posts the refund to your credit card in 3–7 business days, though this can vary by bank.
Can I change the seat / category / session / date of my ticket?
Session and date changes are possible under certain rules.
For a ticket change to be possible, "tickets must not be sold out in both your current session and the newly selected session".
Change requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the session starts.

The event I bought a ticket for was cancelled — what should I do?
For cancelled events, refunds are processed automatically; you don't need to take any additional action.
The event I bought a ticket for was postponed — what should I do?
Notifications about postponed events or events with changed conditions are sent through our communication channels. For these events you may request a refund if you wish.
Please submit your refund request within the timeframe communicated to you after the event change notification.
Please note that refund requests submitted outside the specified period cannot be processed and the ticket will be updated automatically.
